A Dramatic Transformation
See how we transformed an isolated, boxed-in kitchen into a massive open-concept cooking space. We tore down the dividing wall to join the kitchen with the dining room, anchoring the new floor plan with a floor-to-ceiling quartz feature wall and an oversized prep island.
Kitchens. Bathrooms. Whole homes. All trades. One contractor.
TDS Contractors handles every trade in-house or through long-standing Boca subs we've used for a decade or more. Everything is permitted, fully insured, and personally supervised by Jorge — the way we've worked since 1999.
Kitchen Remodeling
One project agreement. Every trade. Line-item pricing. Cabinets, countertops, tile, electrical, plumbing, and permits — coordinated under one licensed GC.

Waterproofed first. Tiled last. Tile, vanity, glass, fixtures — Schluter or Laticrete membrane on every wet area as standard practice.

One schedule, one point of contact. Kitchens, baths, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing — coordinated by one licensed GC.

Engineer-sealed. HOA-approved. Second stories, in-law suites, room additions, garage conversions — full permit, zoning, and HOA review handled.

Built for buildings with rules. Board alteration agreement, COI, freight elevator, IIC-50 sound compliance — we know how to work inside the building.
See condo remodelingFour phases. Clear gates. Written at every step.
Every project — from a single bathroom to a whole-home renovation — runs through the same four phases. You get a written summary at every gate, so nothing lives in conversation.
Walk-through
Jorge visits your home, measures, asks what matters to you, and explains what's possible inside your budget. No sales pitch, no pressure.
Written quote
Line-by-line scope, allowances, materials, finish dates. You see exactly what you're paying for — and exactly what's not included.
Permit & build
We pull required permits in our name as the licensed GC, schedule inspections, and coordinate every trade. Jorge is on site as the project demands — typically daily during active build phases. You get a weekly schedule & photo update.
Walk-Through
We walk the finished project with you to ensure everything meets our standard. Anything on the punch list gets handled before we close out the job. If you ever have questions down the road, we're just a phone call away.
Three things that keep our quote from drifting
The person quoting your project is the person running it
Jorge founded TDS Contractors in 1999 and has personally led every project since. There are no project managers between you and the owner.
We don't work everywhere. We work here
Boca Raton, Delray, Parkland and the surrounding Palm Beach + Broward communities. We know every HOA's submission rules, every permit office, every neighborhood's quirks.
Written quote inside 5 days
Line-by-line scope with built-in schedule margin. Unknowns discovered mid-project (hidden rot, buried code issues, owner scope changes) are handled with written change orders for your approval before work continues.
A selection of recent work. All within a 22-mile drive of our Boca office.
A few finished TDS Contractors projects from across our Palm Beach + Broward service area. Each was completed under a formal agreement with timeline and quote set documented, and personally led by Jorge through every phase.
A 22-mile radius from our Boca office
We stay local on purpose. Knowing the permit office, the HOA rules, and the subcontractor bench in every city we serve is what lets us keep quotes tight and timelines honest. We generally decline work outside the radius below; if we ever make an exception for an existing client, the scope and terms are set documented.
Walk the project with Jorge. Leave with numbers.
A complimentary ~45-minute on-site consultation with a written follow-up covering preliminary scope, timeline range, and rough budget range. No purchase obligation.
